Seeking a PreK-12 Principal 

The School District of Siren is seeking a PreK-12 Principal who is an instructional educational leader, who can work as part of a close-knit administrative team, would be a supportive leader to an excellent teaching and support staff, has strong student relationship skills, and who can help coordinate curriculum and school improvement efforts centered on high expectations. 

REPORTS TO 

District Administrator 

SUPERVISES: 

All certified and non-certified employees. This includes the direct supervision of any Assistant Principal and Athletics Director. 

JOB FUNCTION: 

The PreK-12 Principal shall provide leadership and direction for an educational program which includes all activities that occur in the school. The Principal shall coordinate those activities so that each student will have a sequential program designed to most effectively promote their development. Although the Principal may delegate authority, he/she shall be the person ultimately responsible for decisions in the school, alongside the District Administrator. 

Qualifications 

Master’s Degree, Specialist Degree, 
Doctoral Degree, or comparable licensure that is approved by the Wisconsin 
|Department of Instruction 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: Valid Teaching Certificate and valid Administrative Certificate, with a Secondary Principal or K-12 principal endorsement, in compliance with the Wisconsin Department of Instruction

HIGH SCHOOL MATH TEACHER

The Siren School District is a small, rural, 4K-12 school district, with approximately 350 students in beautiful Northwest Wisconsin. The district has very dedicated and supportive teachers and staff along with a supportive community, school board, and administration, who altogether make the Siren School District a great place to work. The district is a forward-thinking, progressive district that values small class sizes and cares deeply about its students and staff. It is an excellent place to live and raise a family.

Siren is looking for a full-time high school math teacher. Candidates should have good classroom/student behavior management techniques, methods for building and maintaining relationships, the ability to create a positive learning environment, and a love of teaching. A Wisconsin teaching license in Math(1400) is preferred but the district is willing to work with candidates to obtain the necessary certifications and licensure. Opportunities to coach or advise extra-curricular activities may also be available but are not required.


 

 

 

 

ELEMENTARY PE

Siren School District is seeking an elementary physical education teacher for a full-time position starting in the 2026-2027 school year.

The position will be 1/2 time phy ed and 1/2 time TBD. The candidate is responsible for guiding Siren Elementary students in development of their physical abilities and fitness.

Coaching opportunities will be available at the middle school and high school level.


BUSINESS MANAGER

  • Experience with fund accounting (specific to schools/government)
  • Understanding of DPI reporting and budgeting processes
  • Familiarity with systems like Skyward or Infinite Campus
  • Ability to support audits and work with the Baird Budget Forecast Systems
  • Evening Regular and Committee of the Whole meeting attendance each month, on occasion special or working meetings per month

Education:

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance is helpful but not always required

Skills:

  • Knowledge of accounting basics
  • Ability to learn WISEDATA and the WUFUR System
  • Familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel, Red Rover and Skyward (common in Wisconsin schools)
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to problem solve on the fly and work well with others in a close knit setting
  • Ability to work with the School Board in all manners required including attending meetings and answering questions.
  • Assistance with referendums including attending meetings and answering questions from the public

Certifications (optional but valuable):

  • Certified Bookkeeper (AIPB)
  • QuickBooks certification
  • Currently hold or be eligible for Wisconsin School Business Administrator License (5008)

HS HEAD VOLLEYBALL COACH

The Siren School District is seeking a dedicated and qualified Head Varsity Volleyball Coach to lead and develop student-athletes through a comprehensive middle school and high school volleyball program. This important leadership role extends beyond teaching the fundamentals of volleyball and focuses on building character, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership skills in young athletes.

The ideal candidate will create a positive and competitive environment that challenges players to grow both athletically and personally. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting practices, overseeing program development from youth through varsity levels, mentoring student-athletes, promoting academic success, and fostering strong relationships with students, families, staff, and the community.

HIGH SCHOOL HEAD FOOTBALL COACH 

The Siren School District school is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Head Varsity Football Coach to lead and grow a strong football program that supports student-athletes from middle school through high school. This leadership position is centered not only on developing athletic skills and competitive success, but also on teaching character, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.

The ideal candidate will create a positive and challenging environment where student-athletes are encouraged to reach their full potential both academically and athletically. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, coordinating all aspects of the football program, mentoring players and assistant coaches, promoting academic achievement, and building meaningful connections with students, families, staff, and the community.

The Siren School District school is seeking a dedicated and visionary Athletic Director to lead and oversee the district’s athletic programs and activities. This important leadership role is responsible for promoting excellence in athletics while supporting the academic, social, and personal growth of all student-athletes. The Athletic Director will work collaboratively with coaches, students, staff, families, and the community to build a positive and successful athletic culture grounded in sportsmanship, integrity, leadership, and school pride.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction for all middle school and high school athletic programs, including supervision and support of coaching staff, scheduling, budgeting, event coordination, facility management, and compliance with conference and WIAA regulations. The Athletic Director will also play a key role in fostering strong community relationships, encouraging student participation, and ensuring athletic programs reflect the values and mission of the school district.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, organized leader, and positive role model who is committed to creating opportunities for student-athletes to succeed both on and off the field. EDUCATION AIDE

The School District of Siren has opened up a search for Education Aides for the 25-26  school year.  Positions could be full time, part time or substitute positions.

The Education aide will work directly with students under the direction of a General Education Teacher. Duties may include: providing educational support for students at different elementary grade levels in regular classes, documenting daily activities of students, and other duties as assigned. 

Ability to communicate effectively with staff and students is essential.
Candidates must possess the ability to be flexible in their assigned work duties.
Possession of  Wisconsin DPI Handicap Aide License or the ability to obtain one may be required.

The Special Education aide works directly with students under the direction of the Special Education Teacher. Duties may include: changing and tube feeding wheelchair bound students,  providing educational support for students at all building levels in both regular and special education classes, documenting daily activities of students, and other duties as assigned.  

The ability to communicate effectively with staff and students is essential. Candidates must possess the ability to be flexible in their assigned work duties. Possession of  Wisconsin DPI Handicap Aide License or the ability to obtain one is required.
