SPEECH/LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
The School District of Siren has opened up a search for a Speech/Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is full time. Preferred candidates will have training and/or experience working with a variety of students grades PreK-12, providing both inclusionary and pull out services.
Candidates need to possess excellent organizational skills and time management abilities, strong communication skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents and other community members. Candidates should also have a strong knowledge of instructional best practices and have experience writing and implementing Individualized Educational Plans. Preferred candidates will hold a DPI license as a Speech and Language Pathologist or be eligible to obtain one.

Cross Categorical Special Education Position:
The School District of Siren has opened up a search for a Cross Categorical Special Education teacher for the 2025-2026 school year in our elementary wing. This is a full time position. Preferred candidates will have training and/or experience working with a variety of students with various disabilities at a variety of grade levels, providing both inclusionary as well as pull out services.
Candidates need to possess excellent organizational skills and time management abilities, strong communication skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents and other community members. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 5-12 Instrumental Music Teacher to inspire and develop young musicians.Position Overview:
The Instrumental Music Teacher will be responsible for leading the 5th-12th grade band program, including beginner instruction (5th grade band), middle school band( 6th Grade Band, 7/8th Grade Band & 6-8 Exploring Music), high school band (Grades 9-12 & HS music appreciation), and potential extracurricular ensembles. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who enjoys working in a small-school setting where strong relationships with students, families, and staff are key to success.Responsibilities:

Provide engaging instruction for 5th-12th grade instrumental music students.

Direct middle and high school bands, including concert preparation and performances.

Teach beginner instrumental lessons for 5th grade band, 6th grade band and help students develop fundamental skills.

Organize and lead concerts, pep band performances, and other community events.

Foster a love for music and encourage student participation in solo and ensemble, honor bands and student travel.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-disciplinary learning opportunities.

Maintain and manage the school’s instrumental music equipment and inventory.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field.

Valid Wisconsin teaching license (or ability to obtain one).

Strong instrumental proficiency and ability to teach a variety of instruments.

Experience directing school bands is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

Special Education Aide Positions:
Special Education Aide Positions:
The School District of Siren has opened up a search Special Education Aides for the 24-25 school year. Positions could be full time, part time or substitute positions.
The Special Education aide works directly with students under the direction of the Special Education Teacher. Duties may include: changing and tube feeding wheelchair bound students, providing educational support for students at all building levels in both regular and special education classes, documenting daily activities of students, and other duties as assigned.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and students is essential. Candidates must possess the ability to be flexible in their assigned work duties. Possession of Wisconsin DPI Handicap Aide License or the ability to obtain one is required.
